Jerry Cantrell of Alice in Chains recently underwent back surgery, according to the wife of Guns n’ Roses bassist Duff McKagan.
Susan Homes McKagan Instagrammed a photo of their family around a table with Cantrell and captioned it “Christmas dinner with a cool visit with Jerry Cantrell. Wishing him well from his back surgery.”
The guitarist hasn’t commented on his surgery, but he definitely picked a good time to do it. Alice in Chains last played out on November 11th and doesn’t return to the road until a tour of New Zealand and Australia gets under way on March 7th.
