FreeA support group for Stroke Survivors and Caregivers in any stage of their journey. A free group, open to the public. Meeting the second Wednesday of each Month from Noon to 1 pm. (Except December.)
Led by our mission partners from Nursing, Occupational and Physical Therapies. Providing emotional support, resources education in a fun and supportive environment. Past topics/speakers have included emotional well- being, keeping active, hobbies, Advance directives, paint nights, medication standards for stroke from our pharmacist and nutrition tips from our dietician.
