Galesburg Area Vocational Center Manufacturing and Trades showcase

The 3rd Annual Galesburg Area Vocational Center Manufacturing and Trades showcase will be from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m on Thursday, Oct. 26. The vocational center, located at 940 W. Fremont St. has invited over 45 business partners to participate in the event. Galesburg Junior Senior High School students and students who attend local areas schools are encouraged to participate in the showcase.

According to GAVC Director, Adam Seaney, “The Manufacturing & Trades Showcase is a great opportunity for our area students to interact and network with area business professionals in the manufacturing industry. Students will have the opportunity to talk with employers and participate in hands-on activities specific to the industry. Additionally, this is an opportunity for students, business partners and community members to see the Galesburg Area Vocational Center and the exceptional opportunities our students are provided”
