My Little & Me Yoga

Join certified yoga instructor Alyssa Pacheco for an hour of movement and fun. Each adult/child pair will enjoy 30 minutes of stretching together followed by 30 minutes of post-practice crafts and activities. This program is suggested for children ages 5 and up. Mats are encouraged but not required. Free and registration is requested in the Children’s Room.
