Prairie Players Civic Theatre Presents: Always a Bridesmaid

Prairie Players Civic Theater proudly presents this hilarious comedic romp, where four friends have sworn to keep the promise they made on the night of their Senior Prom: to be in each other’s wedding—no matter what. More than thirty years later, these Southern friends-for-life are still making “the long walk” for each other, determined to honor that vow. Always a Bridesmaid is co-written by Jessie Jones, Nicholas Hope, and Jamie Wooten and directed by Anne Carman-Hendel.
Performances are at 7:30pm on Friday, September 13 and 20, and Saturday, September 14 and 21, and 2pm on Sunday, September 15 and 22, at Prairie Players Civic Theatre, 160 S. Seminary Street, Galesburg. Tickets are $16 for adults and $9 for students.
